ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY

The societyカイロストレーディング 合同会社registered under number 1040003019347 , whose head office is located at 〒272-0034 Chiba, Ichikawa, 3 Chome−29−7 KSビル (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), organizes an online game with purchase obligation.

ARTICLE 2: THE PARTICIPANTS

This game is reserved for individuals and adults residing in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Canada.
Participation in the game implies the participant's unreserved acceptance of these rules and the principle of the game.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Like any lottery, these games are governed by chance and each participant must respect its spirit and its rules.
To play you must:

Go to the cartepokemon.com website and make a purchase of at least 1 Display Shiny Treasure ex, without requesting cancellation or refund later.
Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity and their address by the Organizing Company, without however having the obligation to carry out a systematic verification of all the participation forms received, but possibly limiting this verification to the forms of the potential winner. Any false or inconsistent mention will result in the immediate elimination of their participation.
    Participation in the competition is not limited per person.
    Any abusive behavior resulting in a distortion of the very principle of our game (methods, schemes, maneuvers allowing the effect of chance to be eliminated for example, etc.), any attempt at fraud or cheating on the part of a participant will result in the nullity of all his participation forms.

    ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER


    The winner will be chosen by a draw which will take place on 01/13/2023 among all participants.
    The draw will be carried out by an employee of the organizing company via the
    Google random number generator. The winner chosen by draw will be contacted by email by the Organizing Company using the contact details provided when registering on the website.
    The winner's nickname will be communicated on our Instagram page.

    ARTICLE 5: LOT

    There is a total of one (1) prize during the competition:

    Prize 1: 9 days for 2 people in Tokyo, Japan
    9 days / 7 nights stay for 2 people departing from Paris with a flight departure between 09/15/24 and 11/30/24. The choice of date must be communicated by the winner to the organizing company before 02/15/2024.

    This price includes :
    - The special or regular return flight France/Tokyo, with or without stopover
    - 1 piece of checked baggage per person (complying with the basic weight proposed by the airline)

    - Hotel accommodation in a standard room or in a F2 type apartment- Airport taxes
    - Return airport/accommodation transfers
    - 1 Pocket WI-FI giving unlimited internet access for 7 days.
    - 1 lunch with the organizing team
    - 1 dinner with the organizing company
    - A tour of shops offering TCG products in Tokyo

    This price does not include:
    - Optional personal insurance
    - Personal expenses
    - Carrying luggage to the accommodation
    - Meals and drinks not mentioned
    - Pension supplements if possible
    - Any baggage fees depending on the airline

    ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

    The winner will be contacted by the Organizing Company using the contact details provided when registering on the website.

    The prize is nominative and cannot be transmitted to third parties.

    Any complaint relating to the prize must be sent by email to the following address: support@cartespokemon.com

    The Participant must also specify the following elements:
    - their contact details (title, surname, first name, postal address)
    - the subject of his complaint.
    Any complaint must be sent before 02/15/24. After this period, complaints will not be processed and the unallocated prize will be considered to remain the property of the Organizing Company.

    The winner may not request any compensation from the Organizing Company, nor from service providers or partners.

    ARTICLE 7: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    To participate in the competition, participants must have provided certain personal information about themselves to the organizing company.
    The winner must communicate to the organizing company the following information: Title, Name, First name, Mobile phone, email address, postal address, valid passport number.
    This information is necessary for the allocation of the grant.

    ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The responsibility of the Organizing Company cannot be incurred, for a reason whose origin is external to its action, in particular for the following cases:

    If for a reason beyond its control the website(s) necessary for the game were temporarily unavailable

    The Organizing Company further informs that, given the characteristics of the Internet network, such as the free capture of disseminated information and the di ffi culty, or even the impossibility, of controlling the use that could be made of it by third parties, it cannot be held responsible for any misuse of this information.

    The Organizing Company disclaims all liability in the event of a technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software of any nature (virus, bug, etc.) caused on the participant's system, its computer equipment and the data stored there and the consequences that may result from this on his personal, professional or commercial activity.

    The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending an email or post, or sending a prize, to an inaccurate address due to the winner's negligence. The Organizing Company will not carry out any additional research if the winner remains unavailable and/or unreachable.

    Once the prize has been delivered to the winner's address, delivery of the prize will be considered to have been made and the winner will be given full responsibility for the prize.     The applicable law of these regulations is Japanese law.

    Any dispute arising during this Game will be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of agreement, the competent court will be that of the defendant's domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.
