All our cards are in "pack fresh" condition, with the exception of Wizards cards. We do our best to provide products in good condition (pack fresh).
However, even with cards placed in protection right after opening the booster, some series have manufacturing defects from printing; these defects are considered original.
By our standards, a "pack fresh" card is a product with:
- little or no bending, warping or dents
- corners or edges without excessive whitening
- little or no print misalignment
- very slight or original defects that aren't excessive
Even if defects are barely visible individually but may be visible by comparison, these cards are still treated as good-quality cards.

Charizard VMAX makes its mark on the Sword & Shield generation with this magnificent VMAX Starter Set!
The first Charizard card released in the TCG, part of the Base Set, was widely considered at the height of Pokémon's popularity to be the best card of all time. It looks like this Charizard CP6 Pokémon card. This was due to its powerful attack, Fire Dance, and its useful Pokémon Power, Energy Burn, which allowed it to convert any Energy attached to it into Fire Energy.
What's more, it had the highest HP of the time, 120. Today, it's the Charizard VMAX from this VMAX Starter Deck that surpasses the 1996 card in every way.
Each starter set contains two Pokémon V and one Pokémon VMAX. Each set also comes with a sheet of 36 damage counters and 2 condition markers, a player's guide, a coin and a playmat.

Allow 0 to 72h for preparing and shipping the parcel. Then, if you chose FedEx, it promises 3 to 6 business days. For Pickup Point delivery, allow 8 to 12 business days. Finally, for Switzerland, Réunion and Martinique, Japan Post shipping takes 10 business days.

After you place your order, we prepare and ship it within 0 to 72h. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works:
Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your parcel on the official Mondial Relay website. :)
Once you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way to France. We have to wait for it to arrive in France and be handed to Mondial Relay for your tracking number to activate. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. That's the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!
FedEx:
You can track your parcel on the official FedEx website. :)
Japan Post:
You can track your parcel on the official website of your country's national postal service, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.

Yes, parcels are protected with a padded envelope or a box with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes you can even catch up on the news ^^). Nothing to worry about!
For single cards, the most valuable ones always come in a sleeve and a soft top loader, with cardboard and bubble wrap to guarantee safe transport.
