No!All single boosters (free gifts, in discovery packs, and for sale on the site) come from sealed Displays, which we draw at random to put in orders. So you can pull ultra-rare and secret rare cards in every Booster!

Allow 2 to 5 business days for preparing and shipping the parcel. Then, if you chose FedEx, it promises 3 to 6 business days. For Pickup Point delivery, allow 8 to 12 business days. Finally, for Switzerland, Japan Post shipping takes 10 business days. 

These times are averages, it may take a few days less or more depending on theefficiency of postal services and the time of year (New Year, Black Friday, Christmas etc...)

Note: We cover customs fees and import taxes as well as loss & theft insurance exclusively with Pickup Point Delivery.

After you place your order, we prepare and ship it within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works: 

Pickup Point Delivery:

You can track your parcel on the official Mondial Relay website. :)

Once you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way to France. We have to wait for it to arrive in France and be handed to Mondial Relay for your tracking number to activate. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. That's the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!

FedEx:

You can track your parcel on the official FedEx website. :)

Japan Post:

You can track your parcel on the official website of your country's national postal service, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.

Yes, parcels are protected with a padded envelope or a box with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes you can even catch up on the news ^^). Nothing to worry about!

For single cards, the most valuable ones always come in a sleeve and a soft top loader, with cardboard and bubble wrap to guarantee safe transport.
