After you place your order, we prepare and ship it within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works:
Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your parcel on the official Mondial Relay website. :)
Once you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way to France. That's the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!

Japan Post:
You can track your parcel on the official website of your country's national postal service, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.
