Shipping from Europe 🇪🇺 – No customs fees! (DIRECT EUROPE)

Countries served: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Denmark and Monaco.

1. Mondial Relay delivery : Affordable, reliable delivery, free from €300. Your parcel usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after shipping in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and within about 5 business days in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Poland. Pick up your parcel whenever suits you within 5 days at a Pickup Point or Locker!

2. Home delivery (bpost) : your parcel is delivered to your door, with tracking, usually within 24 to 48h (business days) in Belgium and within 2 to 5 business days in other countries.

Shipping from Japan 🇯🇵 – Customs duties paid at checkout (DIRECT JAPAN)

Countries served: Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

For these countries, your prices are shown without European VAT, and customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. You have nothing to pay on delivery.

1. Japan Post delivery : The most affordable option, for parcels up to 2 kg. Your parcel usually arrives within 8 to 12 business days after shipping. Your parcel will be delivered to your door.

2. FedEx International Connect Plus delivery : Express delivery to receive your items within 3 to 5 business days after shipping, whatever the parcel's weight.

All our products can be shipped directly from Europe by choosing shipping from Europe. This means that if you order with this method, you have no extra costs (VAT or customs) to expect. No unpleasant surprises on arrival!

Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare your products within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is ready, it will ship with the delivery method you chose.
