Why is the plastic film removed?
In Japan, to fight speculation and let genuine collectors get cards, most major retailers (Pokémon Center, Gym Shops, etc.) have strict instructions to remove the plastic film (the "shrink") at checkout.
Has the box been opened?
Absolutely not. * "No Shrink" only concerns the outer plastic film.
- The box flaps and, above all, the boosters inside remain intact and have never been handled.
- The "hit" ratio (rare cards) is exactly the same as in a sealed box.

The Pokémon Display inspired by the mobile game Pokémon GO arrives this summer with exclusive cards such as Mewtwo VSTAR!
Reminiscent of the Pokémon GO experience, some of the Pokémon seem to have jumped into the real world, such as Pikachu walking alongside its Trainer and Ronflex dozing on the porch of a house. Some cards depict Pokémon connected to Pokémon GO, such as the mythical Pokémon Meltan, originally discovered in Pokémon GO.
The Trainer cards also capture the Pokémon GO atmosphere. The PokéStop Stadium card can find Item cards near the top of the deck each turn. Likewise, the Lure Module Item card lets both players find Pokémon near the top of their deck.
And it won't be surprising that Candela, Spark and Blanche, the leaders of Team Valor, Team Instinct and Team Mystic, make their debut in the Pokémon TCG as Supporter cards. All three also appear as beautiful full-illustration cards.

No!All single boosters (free gifts, in discovery packs, and for sale on the site) come from sealed Displays, which we draw at random to put in orders. So you can pull ultra-rare and secret rare cards in every Booster!
How long will delivery take?

Allow 2 to 5 business days for preparing and shipping the parcel. Then, if you chose FedEx, it promises 3 to 6 business days. For Pickup Point delivery, allow 8 to 12 business days. Finally, for Switzerland, Japan Post shipping takes 10 business days.
These times are averages, it may take a few days less or more depending on theefficiency of postal services and the time of year (New Year, Black Friday, Christmas etc...)

How can I track my order?

After you place your order, we prepare and ship it within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works:
Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your parcel on the official Mondial Relay website. :)
Once you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way to France. We have to wait for it to arrive in France and be handed to Mondial Relay for your tracking number to activate. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. That's the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!
FedEx:
You can track your parcel on the official FedEx website. :)
Japan Post:
You can track your parcel on the official website of your country's national postal service, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.

Yes, parcels are protected with a padded envelope or a box with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes you can even catch up on the news ^^). Nothing to worry about!
For single cards, the most valuable ones always come in a sleeve and a soft top loader, with cardboard and bubble wrap to guarantee safe transport.
