Why is the plastic film removed?
In Japan, to fight speculation and let genuine collectors get cards, most major retailers (Pokémon Center, Gym Shops, etc.) have strict instructions to remove the plastic film (the "shrink") at checkout.
Has the box been opened?
Absolutely not. * "No Shrink" only concerns the outer plastic film.
- The box flaps and, above all, the boosters inside remain intact and have never been handled.
- The "hit" ratio (rare cards) is exactly the same as in a sealed box.

Sword & Shield VMAX Climax Pokémon cards come to you in 11-card packs in an exceptional VMAX Display.
The next Sword & Shield High Class Pack set, named VMAX Climax (s8b), was officially revealed during the Champions League 2021 Kyoto stream held on Sunday, October 3, 2021. It's the last set of 2021 for Japan.
This VMAX Climax Display is a product aimed at collectors, even though there will always be players interested in this type of set. Each pack contains 11 cards, like the Display Tag Team GX All Star, instead of the usual five in a Japanese booster, and will include a guaranteed V, VMAX, V-UNION or secret rare card.
As there is usually a difference between Pokémon TCG releases in Japan, Korea and China and those in Europe, it's unlikely that the rest of the world will get VMAX Climax in this form. For example, the Japanese Eevee Heroes cards were later released in English as part of the "Evolving Skies" series.

Yes!All products are official and 100% authentic. They're bought from resellers certified by The Pokémon Company. Our team always checks the product's origin before any shipment. For single cards, most come from certified collector shops in Tokyo, known for their quality.

No!All single boosters (free gifts, in discovery packs, and for sale on the site) come from sealed Displays, which we draw at random to put in orders. So you can pull ultra-rare and secret rare cards in every Booster!
How long will delivery take?

Allow 2 to 5 business days for preparing and shipping the parcel. Then, if you chose FedEx, it promises 3 to 6 business days. For Pickup Point delivery, allow 8 to 12 business days. Finally, for Switzerland, Japan Post shipping takes 10 business days.
These times are averages, it may take a few days less or more depending on theefficiency of postal services and the time of year (New Year, Black Friday, Christmas etc...)
Note: We cover customs fees and import taxes as well as loss & theft insurance exclusively with Pickup Point Delivery.

After you place your order, we prepare and ship it within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works:
Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your parcel on the official Mondial Relay website. :)
Once you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way to France. We have to wait for it to arrive in France and be handed to Mondial Relay for your tracking number to activate. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. That's the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!
FedEx:
You can track your parcel on the official FedEx website. :)
Japan Post:
You can track your parcel on the official website of your country's national postal service, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.

Yes, parcels are protected with a padded envelope or a box with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes you can even catch up on the news ^^). Nothing to worry about!
For single cards, the most valuable ones always come in a sleeve and a soft top loader, with cardboard and bubble wrap to guarantee safe transport.
